Can an agent that is not in a mail database be triggered to run "After new mail has arrived"? Because from what information I've found so far seem to indicate that trigger can only be applied to an agent in a mail database.
The reason is because I'm wondering if the following is possible using this trigger:-
1. I have an application (app1.nsf )and a mail file (mail database).
2. When a user sends email to the mail file, an agent in app1.nsf will run and get the details contained in the email and maybe create a document based on whatever info is in there.

If "After new mail has arrived" must only for agent in mail database
********************************************************************
- Then the agent must be created in the mail database
- This will cause problem if an admin decides to upgrade the mail design and no one inform her of the agent in there (the agent will be deleted)

If "After new mail has arrived" can be used on app1.nsf
********************************************************************
- How do I program so that app1.nsf will monitor the mail database for any incoming mail?
